Dentist Trip

Levi and I had to go into the dentist this morning for fillings, and we each got one today. They scheduled another appointment Monday for me to get my other filling and crown done. I don’t like going to the dentist! :P I couldn’t whistle all the way home… my mouth was still numb. LOL.

Levi had to get numbed twice, because after the first time he could still feel the dentist drilling, so the dentist numbed him again. He was really numb, and has just finally gotten his whistle back!! :D

When we got home I had to run down and put the burlap up for the little guineas, so they could get out on the slats. I hadn’t done that before we left, but at least the heatlamp was off!! Whew! They are growing fast. I picked one up today and was showing him/her around the barnyard… they still don’t like to get their heads touched though.. I wonder why! Maybe it’s just a guinea thing, because the chicks don’t mind it!

I have been letting the little hens and the big hens out together, along with both roosters. As long as I put Dove and Puffy Buffy (our two lame hens) in the rooster pen and keep the door shut, everything seems to be fine. :)

And a new Scripture wallpaper I made today!

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
Psalms 19:1

  1. I hope I won’t ever have to get a filling….I’ve never had to get one so far…I wouldn’t like the needle part! I’m not good with those kind of things.

    I love the Scripture wallpaper!

  2. It didn’t really hurt though. He numbed my gum before he ever stuck the needle in, but I did feel it prick the skin! Well, I didn’t even know that was the needle.. LOL

I’m glad you like the wallpaper. :D

  3. I hate needles, they hurt!

  4. I guess it all depends on where they are sticking them in at! :)

  5. I guess you’re right, they hurt a lot worse if they’re going in your toe, trust me on that one! :-)
